“Also known as the most painterly method among the printmaking techniques, a mono-print is essentially a printed painting. The characteristic of this method is that no two prints are alike… mono-prints combine the spontaneity of printed inks and paper, creating a surface that is unlike any other art”
Enjoy exploring this painterly method of
printmaking! Participants will create a series of mono-prints using their choice of fiber, lace, leaves, small flowers, vines, et… to make impressions. Make one of a kind prints just in time for Valentine’s Day!
